Over the last quarter, construction on Ashbury Terraces has seen significant progress, with the completion of the ground floor foundation slabs and first level podium slabs across D & E terrace Buildings and B & C apartment Buildings. Completing these works has seen the team move into the structural phase of construction.
Demolition works on the former project gallery are now complete, paving the way for the next stage of construction for the Building A terraces, which will involve the excavation of the last basement level.
Looking ahead to 2024, the team is on track to complete the Building structures and topping out Buildings B, C, D & E, with Building A close behind.

The design of Ashbury Terraces has been spurred by SJB’s vision to create a precinct that sits cohesively with its history and context. Fundamentally, this is achieved through integrating architecture and landscaping – beautiful brickwork, fine detailing, and a series of courtyards and gardens.
