Over the last quarter, Ashbury Terraces has seen significant progress, achieving the major milestone of topping out the structures of D & E terraces and B & C apartments. Progress across these buildings has been substantial as we continue to move ahead with the façade brickwork and internal fit outs.
Furthermore, bulk excavation under the A terraces is complete, with works underway to complete the structure at ground floor. Following this, the fit out works on the A terraces will commence and we will start to see the complete vision of the project come to life.
As we look ahead to the second quarter of 2024, focus will be on completing the external facade features, including the details of the specialist brick work and architectural metalwork. These efforts will infuse the overall design with a sense of serenity, showcasing the project’s aesthetic.
In our project update video, Tim Rees, Senior Director at CBRE, provided an insightful Market update for the year ahead, looking at Ashbury specifically.
“Sydney’s inner west is one of the country’s tightest housing markets, with only approximately 0.3% of the total number of homes available on the market.
Coupled with new housing supply across Sydney currently at decade lows, it is anticipated there will be strong price growth for new units and housing over the next 2-year period,” said Mr Rees.
