I have been looking to purchase a unit in the Ashfield, Burwood, Canterbury area for some time.
My younger son found Ashbury Terraces and to his astonishment I visited on Wednesday, was shown the site, models and plans and within 20 minutes had decided to purchase a one-bedroom unit.
My reasons are varied; I know and like the area, it is near family, the development looked fabulous, and I will be much closer to some of my favourite eateries. I am very impressed by the quality of the design, build and fittings. There are many parks and walks in this area. The Cook River has been remediated and there are pelicans back there.
My family are very excited that I am moving closer, as am I. I will be closer to the city and the Palace Cinemas at Leichhardt.
I believe that Ashbury Terraces have been designed to provide the best aspects of living and lifestyle. The site is not over-developed and great care has been given to all areas and aspects of the project.
I am very much looking forward to moving in and enjoying life from my terrace. I am excited that the property next door will also be developed by Coronation Property and the excellence will continue.
