We’re excited to introduce Montse and Berlinda, our future residents at Ashbury Terraces. We recently sat down with Montse and Berlinda to find out why they selected Ashbury Terraces as their new home.
“We recently sold our family home in Ashbury and are planning to move to the South Coast. We had been looking at smaller properties in the inner west and just couldn’t find a place that had what we were after – space, storage, car space and a safe space for our adult children to live when we eventually move to the South Coast.
A year or so ago we had visited the Ashbury Terraces project gallery, just out of interest as we were not thinking of selling or buying anything at that stage. We decided to revisit and were completely taken by the design elements, the brick external walls and low-rise buildings. We love the park side location, natural colours and lush greenery surrounding the complex. The internal finishing’s of the property are premium quality and the high ceilings and large entertaining balcony overlooking the park will attract a lot of light and will make the living space flow seamlessly.
We love Ashbury, it’s an amazing community, so the decision was easy – it felt right. Sean the sales agent did not in any way push for a sale. He took his time going through all options available and came across as a genuine and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable making a very quick decision to purchase. We didn’t make a specific decision to buy off the plan, it’s just what we had to do to be part of the Ashbury Terraces community.”
Both Montse and Berlinda are looking forward to settling into their new 3-bedroom apartment and have expressed their excitement about the move.
